WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We welcome free returns within 30 days of delivery or store pickup for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Returns must be processed in the original country of purchase.
To ensure a smooth return:
- Items should be unworn and in perfect condition
- Include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch)
- Return complete sets only - individual pieces cannot be returned
- Lab Grown Diamonds must include SCS certification
