Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.

Complete Sets: Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set; individual pieces cannot be returned separately.

Lab-Grown Diamonds: Returns of lab-grown diamond pieces must include the original SCS certification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

Personalised or Engraved Items: Due to the customised nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Used Piercing Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings that have been used for piercings are non-returnable.

Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
